SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. has assigned Işıklar Menkul Değerler A.Ş. a long-term national credit rating of (TR) BBB+ and a short-term national credit rating of (TR) A2, with a “Stable” outlook for both ratings.
The assessment took into account the Company’s transition to Fully Authorized Brokerage Firm status, the addition of investment advisory and portfolio custody services to its authorized activities, and its expanding organizational structure.
The credit rating, assigned on May 21, 2026, will remain valid until May 21, 2027.
